OVERVIEW

What Muse therapy actually is

Muse cells are a rare, naturally pluripotent subpopulation of stem cells that survive extreme stress. Given intravenously, they migrate to damaged tissue, engraft, and differentiate into the cell type that tissue needs, whether nerve, muscle, liver or skin, without tumor formation.

Homing

Damaged tissue releases S1P; Muse cells follow that gradient directly to the injury.

Engraftment

They integrate into host tissue rather than only signaling from a distance.

Differentiation

They become neurons, hepatocytes, cardiomyocytes or keratinocytes as needed.

Endurance

Stress-tolerant by nature, they survive the hostile environment of injured tissue.

Why CPRT for Muse

Naturally pluripotent yet non-tumorigenic, with no genetic reprogramming required

Home to damaged tissue via sphingosine-1-phosphate signaling after IV delivery

Differentiate into the resident cell type of the tissue they repair

Studied in stroke, spinal cord injury, ALS, cardiac and hepatic damage

What exactly are MSC stem cells?

Mesenchymal stem cells are multipotent adult stem cells sourced from ethically donated, full-term umbilical cord tissue (Wharton's jelly). They do not come from embryos. They regulate immune activity, reduce inflammation and signal your own tissue to repair.

Is stem cell therapy safe?

Yes. MSC and Muse protocols use ethically sourced, screened cellular material administered by licensed physicians inside a hospital setting, with an excellent safety profile and no reported cases of rejection given the immune-privileged nature of these cells.

How many cells will I receive?

Dosing depends on your protocol and condition. MSC therapy typically delivers up to 250 million viable cells, while Exosome therapy delivers up to 15 billion particles per protocol.

How is it administered?

Most protocols are delivered via IV infusion, with some cases combining targeted local injection, intrathecal or intranasal delivery depending on the condition being treated.

How long until I notice results?

Some patients notice changes within 2-6 weeks, while full regenerative benefits typically continue developing over 3-6 months as tissue remodeling progresses.

Why is treatment performed in Mexico?

Mexico's regulatory framework allows access to regenerative protocols not yet approved in the US, all delivered inside a licensed hospital with US-trained physicians and full clinical oversight.

Is the travel complicated?

No. Our facility is 20 minutes from San Diego International Airport (SAN), and our team coordinates transportation, lodging and every appointment for you.

Ready to talk to a real expert?
